We strive to deliver your custom apparel as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom printing may add an additional 1-3 days to processing time.

Delivery Times & Rates

• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days via Steadfast Courier or similar.

Custom Printed Items

Because custom items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect or a printing error on our part. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Customized Items

Blank or non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
