How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Dhaka takes 2-3 business days. For outside Dhaka, it typically takes 3-5 business days.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer competitive discounts for bulk orders. Please visit our Corporate or Contact Us page for a custom quote on orders over 50 items.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom printed items unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. For blank items, we offer a 7-day return policy.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery status.
